We offer many ways you can enjoy some of our all natual beef. We offer whole beefs, half beefs, quater beefs as well as a few sampler packs. The most economic way is for you to buy a whole beef and split it with family and friends.

Keep in mind that steer weights vary on frame size and other environmental factors so all weights are ranges. The final weight will not be determined until processing.

HCF-qtr
Contains approximatly 100-125lb of beef.
The typical breakdown is 30% steaks, 30% roasts and 40% ground beef and stew meat.
Pick-up is required for this purchase. A $100 deposit is required and can be paid via PayPal below. The remaining amount will need to be paid depending on the weight upon pick up. We will call you to get your cut instructions.
Cost is $5.50 a pound based on retail cut weight.

Contains approximatly 200-250lb of beef.

Cost is $5.25 a pound on retail cut weight.

All beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility in Siler City, NC. All meat is packaged is vaccum sealed bags for the ultimate freshness. The packages are labeled with the cut, weight, date and farm details. The packages are flash frozen and will last without freezer burn for a year or better.

All our beef is dry aged for 12-14 days. This process is very expensive and allows the natural enzymes to help tenderize the meat. Typically you only get dry aged beef in only the finest steak houses. We are proud to offer this service to our customers as it ensure a fantastic eating experince.
