We only use the finest genetics in the Red Angus breed along with other top performing beef breeds like Hereford to develop great producing animals. Mixing Red Angus with Herfords allows us to improve the beef quality by increasing tenderness, marbling and ribeye size. We also breed for good disposition aas that is important to the quality of the beef as well as the safety and happiness of the herd.
Our herd is allowed to graze on open pastures and are rotated often to ensure they are eating the best grass. We always handle them in a humane way, ensuring they are never stressed as we always want to have Happy Cattle!
We closely monitor the health of our herd and cull out any that are sick or under performing to ensure that we only have the top performing ones in the herd.
